About us

Welcome to the all new Shop Cadillacville. I am pleased to announce that CadillacVille is under new ownership & management. We have recently purchased the CadillacVille business, although I have been restoring Cadillac’s and selling Cadillac parts for over 25 years now. I've always loved cars, I worked and saved up to buy my 1st car when I was 15 years old, I just couldn’t wait any longer. I wish I could say it was a Cadillac, but I was only 15 and a sporty little convertible had caught my eye. While that car was lots of fun, it didn't take me too long to realize that comfort and style were 2 qualities in a car not to be overlooked, and so 25 years ago I bought my 1st Cadillac, a 1956 Coupe that needed restoration. As I worked away restoring that car, and searching out parts for it, all long before the age of the internet came along, one thing became clear, parts for these Cadillac's were hard to come by. As I worked away collecting the cars and parts to restore them, and selling the parts I no longer needed it became clear to me there was a real need out there for these parts. It soon turned into a full time job selling the parts and helping others achieve their dream of owning and enjoying a vintage Cadillac. 1956 Cadillac LH DS Ashtray Door Assembly Dash Spring Hinge Housing

 

This is the LH DS ashtray assembly from the dash of a 1956 Cadillac. This will fit all 1956 Cadillac's, including Eldorado. Please make sure it is correct for your application before buying. This part is in used original condition. There is some minor surface rust, but it would need to be sanded and painted to match your car anyway. No rust through. The arm is good, not broken, and it comes with the spring that holds it open & closed. Overall a very good used original part. Sold As Is, As Shown.
