About us

Welcome to the all new Shop Cadillacville. I am pleased to announce that CadillacVille is under new ownership & management. We have recently purchased the CadillacVille business, although I have been restoring Cadillac’s and selling Cadillac parts for over 25 years now. I've always loved cars, I worked and saved up to buy my 1st car when I was 15 years old, I just couldn’t wait any longer. I wish I could say it was a Cadillac, but I was only 15 and a sporty little convertible had caught my eye. While that car was lots of fun, it didn't take me too long to realize that comfort and style were 2 qualities in a car not to be overlooked, and so 25 years ago I bought my 1st Cadillac, a 1956 Coupe that needed restoration. As I worked away restoring that car, and searching out parts for it, all long before the age of the internet came along, one thing became clear, parts for these Cadillac's were hard to come by. As I worked away collecting the cars and parts to restore them, and selling the parts I no longer needed it became clear to me there was a real need out there for these parts. It soon turned into a full time job selling the parts and helping others achieve their dream of owning and enjoying a vintage Cadillac. This is the Hood Crest Emblem from a 1949 Cadillac Series 75 limousine. This will fit 1946, 1948 & 1949 Series 75 model Cadillac's, it will not fit 1947, or DeVille model cars. Please make sure this is correct for your application before buying it. This one is in need of repair / restoration. Some of the enamel color on the crest is chipped off / missing and the mounting bracket on the back is broken off. Both of these issues could be repaired and the crest could be used again / made to look pretty nice with a little paint and TLC. This is a very rare piece, not many Limo’s where made and parts for them are very hard to come find. I don't believe these are being re-produced. Sold As Is, As Shown.
